We are scaling. Come build the operator.

Webaroo is a venture operating firm that co-builds new AI-native companies and runs AI transformation inside existing ones. We are a small founding-stage team, and we are hiring the people who will run the work, not watch it.

You do not need another AI strategy. Neither do our clients. They need someone to run it. So do we.

Why Webaroo, why now

The next hire decides how fast this company moves.

  • We co-build new AI-native companies and run AI transformation inside existing ones. Both motions move on engineering capacity, and right now that capacity is one person.
  • We are also building our own AI-native product, and we want real people designing and building the front of it, not generating it. That has barely been done with a real team yet. That is the work.
  • Real work is already deployed. We installed our AI-native stack inside Caloosahatchee Slabs & Lumber, a Southwest Florida operator, and ran it remotely end to end.
  • A $5M seed raise is in progress. Part of its job is simple: bring on the next engineers sooner than deal cash alone would allow, so the work stops bottlenecking on one calendar.
  • You will not be employee one hundred learning a process. You will be one of the people who writes it.
Open roles

Six seats. Five founding, one contract.

01
Engineering

Senior Frontend Engineer (AI-Native)

You build the real frontend of our AI-native product, in code, by hand. Today an AI writes it. We want a person who owns it: React, Next.js, TypeScript, shipped to production and built to last.

  • Turn the product design into a fast, durable frontend real users depend on, not a generated draft.
  • Own the frontend end to end: architecture, components, performance, and the details that make it feel real.
  • Senior. AI-native by instinct, but the craft of the interface is yours, not the model's.
02
Design

Product Designer

You own how our AI-native product looks, flows, and feels. You are designing interactions that mostly do not have a playbook yet, because the product is new.

  • Own product UX and information architecture from first principles, not from a template.
  • Work daily with the architect and the frontend engineer. Design to shipped, not design to handoff.
  • Mid to senior. You have shaped real products people use, and you can defend every decision.
03
Engineering

Senior AI Architect

You own the architecture of our AI-native product and the agent systems behind it, alongside our CTO. He drives backend and core. You drive product and agent architecture and the frontend system.

  • Design the agent and product architecture everything else is built on, and make the hard calls early.
  • Partner with the CTO with a clear lane, so two senior brains compound instead of collide.
  • Senior, hands-on. You have designed and shipped real agent systems, not just diagrams.
04
Engineering

Forward-Deployed AI Engineer

The highest-leverage hire on the delivery side. You take new client engagements end to end, scope included, and embed inside the business to ship AI-native systems to production.

  • Own engagements from scope to shipped: architecture, the build, and the calls where being wrong is expensive.
  • Go inside the client: their standups, their backlog, their on-call. You are the senior engineer in the room.
  • Senior. You can scope and architect a build, then deliver it, with little supervision.
05
Go-to-market

Business Development Representative

You fill the front of the funnel. You find operators worth our time, reach out like a human, and qualify hard, working under the person who owns our business development.

  • Source and qualify the right companies, and book the conversations actually worth a founder's hour.
  • Write outreach a busy operator would answer, not spam. Anti-template, anti-hype.
  • Hungry and organized. You close loops and keep a clean pipeline. You work under Rande, who owns the motion.
06
Design, contract

Brand & Asset Designer

You make Webaroo look like Webaroo, everywhere. Decks, social, site assets, product visuals, all on our single-accent, Product Sans system. This is a contract role to start.

  • Produce brand and marketing assets on a fast cadence, on-system and on-brand every time.
  • Range from a clean investor slide to a scroll-stopping social asset without losing the throughline.
  • Contract or contract-to-hire to start. Senior taste, low ego, quick hands.

How we work

What it is actually like here.

Operator to operator

We sell by showing, not by promising. We lead with what shipped. We hold the same standard internally: bring the working thing, not the deck about it.

Inside the work

When we engage a company, we sit in their standups and on their on-call rotation. The same is true here. No spectators, no theater, no status meetings about status meetings.

Constraint first

We are deliberate about where the senior, expensive hours go. If a task can be handled with leverage and AI, it is, so the people doing irreplaceable work only do irreplaceable work.

Founding-stage honest

Small team, real revenue, a raise underway. We will not oversell the perks because there is no HR department to back them up yet. We will tell you exactly where the company is.

How to apply

Send us the thing you built, not the resume about it.

Tell us which seat, what you have shipped, and why this is the company you want to do it inside. Links over PDFs. Working things over claims.
